I don't need the jukebox overnight...Is their a discount if you pick up the jukebox the same day?

No.  All of our rentals are based on overnight.

My party is at a hall or banquet facility.  Will they be ok with it staying overnight?

Yes.  We have been to most halls and banquet facilities in the tri-state area and have rarely had any problems.  If your hall has a problem with it staying overnight, we can most likely arrange pick-up that same day.

How far in advance do I need to reserve a jukebox?

Usually 2 weeks notice is sufficient, and even some last minute emergency rentals are possible. Our peak season is May through June.  During this time, it is recommended you call well in advance, preferably 2-3 months ahead to ensure a rental, since we do get booked.

What time will our jukebox be delivered?

Since we have many rentals each week, it is hard for us to pinpoint an exact time for your delivery.  If your event is at a hall/banquet facility, we'll usually make delivery/pickup arrangements directly with them.  In this case, you can rest assured your jukebox will be delivered well before your party begins.  If your event is at your home, we prefer to agree on a 3-4 hour window of delivery time.

There are stairs to get the jukebox to the room where our event will be held.  Is this a problem?

Not usually, but it is extremely important that you advise us of this at the time you reserve your jukebox, so we can be prepared.

My event is being held outside, can the jukebox be outdoors?

Yes, with some provisions.  Most importantly the jukebox must be placed in shade and near shelter.  The jukebox IS on wheels so it can easily be rolled inside.

The rain date for my party is the following day.......

 Pending availability, we'll leave the jukebox an additional day at no charge. If your party is cancelled because of bad weather, our policy is that there is no charge for the jukebox.

Is the jukebox guaranteed to work?

Yes.  In the unlikely event your jukebox malfunctions, we'll send a serviceman out immediately to either repair or replace the jukebox.  Simply call 610-558-0300 and leave a message describing the problem.  A serviceman will return your call shortly.

How is the sound quality of the jukeboxes?

 Excellent.  We keep our CD and 45rpm jukeboxes, and CDs and records in excellent condition.

We have announcements to make during our party...Is their a microphone available for rent?

Yes, at a slight additional fee.
