Customer is responsible to assure access to the premises at the time of delivery and pickup. Customer accepts responsibility for any damage to or loss of the equipment during the rental period, including but not limited to damage caused by the negligence of himself or his guests, or theft, fire, rain or water damage, etc. In any event, Jukebox John Rentals liability under this agreement shall be limited to the amount of the rental fee.

Jukeboxes are rented for outdoor use with the following conditions:
1) Jukebox will not be placed in direct sunlight, in areas where dust or dirt might be blown towards it, or in close proximity to swimming pools where water might be splashed on it.
2) Jukebox must be placed near an entrance to shelter, and customer must move it into such shelter in case of rain.
3) Jukebox must be stored indoors overnight.
