Our high powered CD jukeboxes come with ALL of the approximately 1300 songs by over 600 artists in our CD catalog from the 30s to the present. These are the top songs, not just albums by certain artists, as you might find elsewhere. All songs are listed in the jukebox sorted by the year that the songs were popular, so it is easy for your guests to find and play the music that they like. There are many types of music including Big Band, oldies, Country, Rock, Pop, Rap, specialty dances, and more... If you need to limit the type of music at your party, such as for oldies parties or class reunions, don’t rule out the nostalgia of 45RPM jukeboxes, but if you need variety, or a lot of current and recent music at your party, a CD jukebox rental is probably the way to go.

1. iPod use:  If you have some special songs which you would like to play at your party but are not in our song catalog, let us know in advance and you can play songs from your iPod through the jukebox. Actually you could play songs through the jukebox from your iPod all night long but for most parties we strongly recommend against that. One of the advantages of having a jukebox is the interactive feature, allowing all of your guests to easily be involved in choosing and playing songs, and our songs are the most popular songs over the years to satisfy everyone at your party, older, young, or in between. IPod songs would be controlled and played by the owner of the iPod, and as you can imagine, will reflect the taste of that person rather than the tastes of your guests in general. Important!! If using an ipod, please be advised that there are many songs with foul language and lyrics inappropriate for your party, that someone could have on an ipod. Use your judgment when allowing someone to play their songs.

3. Must be kept out of direct sunlight, away from water such as pools, swimmers, etc, and moved indoors in case of rain.

These powerful 45rpm stereo jukeboxes sound great at any party, but are especially suited for birthdays, anniversaries, class reunions, etc., where the nostalgia factor can be a nice added touch. You pick the exact songs you want from our extensive catalog of over 1300 of the most popular songs from the 30s up to recent. And yes, they made current 45s until recently. You choose any 80 songs you want from the catalog. When combined with popular ‘flip sides’, your guests will have about 120 songs to choose from during the party, which is more than 7 hours of music if you play every song once (of course you can play each song as many times as you like). These jukeboxes will have fewer songs than in a CD jukebox, but you have control over what those songs are.

Economy CD Jukebox Wall box (BEWARE of competitors who may use this)

We no longer have this type of jukebox rental available. This jukebox is known as a ‘Wall Box', and it is NOT a traditional console model, as it is designed to be mounted permanently on a wall, with wires running to separate speakers. As you can see in the picture, when this type of jukebox is placed on the floor, the title display and selection keypad are so low to the floor that it is very inconvenient for your guests to use. Also, it is not easily moved if necessary. Don't be fooled - Our competitors may use this smaller model because it is easy to transport, and they can keep their price low, but at Jukebox John's we find that our customers would rather have a traditional console model jukebox, rather than one that looks out of place, and very inconvenient for guests to use.
